Pinning a post in a community channel makes sure important info stays front and center for your ambassadors. Instead of getting buried by new updates, pinned posts stick to the top of the channel, so every time ambassadors check-in, they’ll see it first. It’s a quick and easy way to keep key details visible and accessible!
Step-by-step instructions
Navigate to the community post tab
- Access the Community section from the main navigation.
- Click on the Posts tab to view all posts within the community channel.
Pin a post to a community channel
- Locate the post you want to pin.
- Click on the three dots icon to the right of the post.
- Select Pin Post from the dropdown menu.
- The pinned post will display a safety pin icon to the left of its title, indicating it is pinned to the top of the channel.
