Contacts overview

the contacts tab is an essential component of roster, allowing brands to manage and engage with ambassadors and team members within their program within this section, users can view and interact with a list of individuals who are part of their roster account these contacts may be team members, imported contacts, applicants, or individuals identified through full social listening the tab is equipped with various features such as filtering, adding and saving columns, importing new contacts, and sending emails video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hi everyone, this is caroline with roster, and in this video i'm going to go through the contacts tab and just kind of give you a high level overview \[00 08] okay, so, contacts these are the people that are in your roster account, either because they are a team member, they've been imported by you, they've applied to your program, or if you have full social listing, we may have pulled in their information \[00 24] from a post that they've created that they tagged you in in the contacts section, you can, you know, utilize all of our different filters, which we have a separate article that can talk about that, but your automatic columns that are going to show up are always going to be name, program, total followers \[00 40] , instagram followers, networks, and mention counts you can save specific filters, along with adding multiple columns if you like this is also where you can import contacts, create a new contact, um, and filter and then export \[00 54] if you'd like to send emails to any ambassadors that are one offs, or if you want to send a bunch of emails, this is where you can do that as well \[01 02] um, so yeah, contacts are basically just the people that you have in your roster account, uh, and the other videos we have in this section will kind of give you a little bit more of a deep dive \[01 12] okay, thank you so much, and if you have any questions, as always, you can reach out to support at getroster com, or you can contact your csm \[01 19] bye! step by step instructions access the contacts tab log in to your roster account navigate to the contacts tab from the left hand menu explore the default columns and filters review the automatically displayed columns name , program , total followers , instagram followers , networks , and mention counts utilize available filters to narrow down and manage contacts effectively save and customize column views add multiple columns to customize the view according to your needs save specific filters for future use import, create, and manage contacts click on import to add new contacts from file select create new contact to manually add a contact apply filters and then export the filtered contacts if needed email ambassadors use the send emails feature to contact ambassadors individually or in bulk need help? if you need any additional assistance with with your roster account, feel free to contact our support team at mailto\ support\@getroster com we're here to help!
