Welcome to Roster! 👋 We're so excited to have you part of our brand ambassador platform for amazing ecommerce brands. We have created articles and videos of just about every feature and setting to master Roster at your own pace and through multiple different learning styles.

For those who have had Roster added on their todo list, here is a quick refresher: Roster is designed to streamline and optimize the management of brand ambassador programs, making it easy to track word-of-mouth referrals, reward ambassadors, and foster genuine relationships between brand and their biggest, most important advocates.

To make navigating this support center easy, here’s a quick overview of how the documentation is structured:

The Core concepts guide will help you gain an understanding of how Roster use certain terms so that you and your team can get up-to-speed as quickly as possible.

The Ambassadors overview is intended to give you an ambassador's perspective of Roster, which an be extremely helpful as you build out and launch your programs. We also provide ambassador perspectives within many of the feature-specific documents in this help center.

The Developers overview is for anybody who has been tasked with helping integrate Roster with their brand's ecom platform or website. It will provide you with a high-level overview of what tasks you might be asked to perform and links to various integration guides.

The Getting started guide will introduce you to the getting started checklists that will show up when you log into your Roster account. They will be the roadmap to get you from onboarding through the successful launch of your program.
