the contact drawer provides a quick and comprehensive view of a contact's details within your roster portal this guide will walk you through accessing and understanding the features available in the contact drawer, allowing you to efficiently manage and interact with your contacts video walkthrough video transcript 0 00 hi, everyone in this video, i'm going to walk you through the contact drawer okay, so, you're going to go into the contacts section of your roster portal, and then you can click on any of the contacts you have listed, and instead of just opening up into their profile, you will get this, uh, quick view 0 23 so, here, you can see their contact info, if they have a contact owner, social profiles, which you can click into any of these, and it will take you directly to, um, their, uh, social handle, uh, any tags that they have, if we've pinned any properties, which, if you have any questions on properties 0 40, you can go, um, to our custom properties, uh, help article their program ranking so where do they fall in this program in the last 30 days, you cannot change the date here, one thing to note, um, if they've created a community profile, you can see their handle, activity, um, what channels they're 1 00 a part of, and if they've posted at all, and then the timeline, so, the date they were created, how long they've been an ambassador with you, um, if they've agreed to terms, and the last time they were in the portal 1 11 properties these could be properties that we pulled from the application, so any questions that were answered there, or any properties that maybe they answered in, or any questions that they answered in a campaign 1 22 application, uh, so if they've applied to a program, we would pull in the application responses here, uh, when you go into the applicants tab, this will automatically pull up when you click on a contact 1 35 and then, one new thing to note is now you can actually log in as a contact if you have team admin status in roster 1 45 if you have full access or limited access, you won't be able to do this, but if you have team admin access, uhm, then you can log in and basically see their, uh, portal, and what it looks like, uh, from an ambassador standpoint 2 00 what's one thing to know is you're actually in the portal, so if you make any changes, uhm, that will reflect in their portal, but you can kind of click around, see what it looks like, uh, and it just gives you a little bit more visibility 2 13 so yeah, i hope that was helpful if during any point of this video you realize you don't have access to this feature, uh, feel free to reach out to cs at getroster and we can turn that on for you 2 26 okay, thank you step by step instructions access the contact drawer navigate to the contacts section in your roster portal click on any contact listed to open their quick view drawer instead of their full profile explore contact details within the contact drawer, you can view contact info, including the contact owner and any associated social profiles click on a social profile to open it directly see tags and pinned properties refer to the custom properties help article for additional details check the contact’s program ranking for the last 30 days (note the date range cannot be modified) review community profile details, including their handle, activity, associated channels, and posting history access the timeline for key milestones such as creation date, terms agreement, and last portal activity view application and properties if the contact has applied to a program, their application responses will be displayed in the application section review properties from applications or campaigns directly in the drawer log in as a contact (team admin only) if you have team admin access, use the log in as contact option to view their portal as they see it note any changes made while logged in will reflect in their portal full access or limited access users will not have this capability need help? if you encounter any issues or do not have access to this feature, please reach out to support\@getroster com
