Log in as an ambassador

the ambassador portal on roster provides a comprehensive view for ambassadors to manage their activities, track progress, and access rewards this guide will help you navigate the portal effectively and understand its key features video walkthrough video transcript 0 00 hi everyone, it's caroline from roster, and in this video i'm going to walk you through the ambassador portal uhm, so, maybe you had an ambassador reach out, uh, and you want to kind of take a look in their portal, see what's going on, maybe you want to create a link variant for them, or maybe, uhm, 0 18 you just want to become more situated with the portal and understand it a little bit better so, in roster, if you have team admin access, you can login as an ambassador 0 29 uh, if you do not have team admin access, if you have full access or limited access, you cannot login as ambassador 0 36 if you'd like to change your access, you'll have to reach out to, um, whoever is the head of your roster account, um, at your brand 0 45 uh, you can also loop in a csm, uh, but again, we'll need to get, uh, approval from whoever is the head of that account 0 54 okay, i'm gonna use this ambassador, stephanie wise, as an example uh, and so when we want to log in to the ambassador portal, we're gonna click this snowman stack or these three dots at the top right hand corner of the, um, account, or contact drawer 1 13 uh, so if you were searching the ambassador here, you could click on stephanie's name, and it would show up here i'm gonna expand it just so we can see it a little bit better 1 22 and then when you click that snowman stack, the first thing that's gonna come up is log in as a contact 1 29 this is what's gonna allow you to log in to the ambassador portal so it pulls up in the mobile version here here are 1 36 and again, you are truly in, for example, stephanie's portal so any changes i make, anything i do, uh, will actually apply in real time 1 47 i am gonna expand it for the sake of this video just so we can see it a little bit larger 1 52 this is not something that you can do you can only see it in this mobile version um, but again, i just want you to kind of see it on the larger scale 2 00 okay, so when the portal is pulled up on the left hand side is our navigation again, you saw when it's in that mobile view, it's gonna be at the bottom, but we're in the desktop view 2 12 and so it's gonna be on the left we have home referrals, campaigns, actions, and rewards on your home page, if the ambassador needs to complete their profile, so that's social connections, um, it's into a certain brand, questions, either on the application or in a campaign 2 28 um, and then also, uhh, their shipping information, um, as well this will show up as a certain percentage of what is complete, so stephanie, for example, still needs to connect her socials, which slides at 75% if we have a milestone series set up for the ambassador, this is where the that will populate 2 50 they can see, um, how many tiers they have they can click into it and get, you know, more of a descriptive view 2 58 um, they can claim their prizes here, and they can also seem, uh, excuse me, see their point history so, for example, stephanie has gotten all these points from referrals, but we could also see campaigns or actions here as well 3 10 next, we have referrals uh, this is where they can copy their primary referral link or, um, copy their shareable code or set up their shareable code if they haven't done that yet, if they're shopify 3 23 if you click into see all, it'll take us to the referral section of the platform um, it'll pull up a date which they can change and they can flip through any of these options to see these different graphs of, you know, kind of what their data 3 37 so, you up as for commissions and payments, they can also see a breakdown then we have our referral link if they, if you have a smart link set up, uh, then they can create link variants which you can again do for them 3 51 um, if you log in as an ambassador, they can customize their link, they can copy their link, and then they can also copy their shareable code from here as well 4 01 okay then we have campaigns uh, so any campaigns that are available are going to show up, uh, on that homepage right here 4 11 but then if we click into see all, we can see any campaigns that are available, any that are scheduled, and then any that they've completed 4 17 uh, if they want to join a campaign, they can click on that one, click join now, or click not interested 4 23 if they click not interested, it'll usually ask that's why so we'll just click join now, and then it will start in progress, and they can see, uh, you know, what is the requirement for this campaign? actions, same thing 4 36 so if we click into here, uh, it'll go through all of the available actions along with any that they've already completed 4 43 and then lastly, we have rewards this is where any rewards are going to show up for milestones campaign or if we've shared any, like, personal discount codes with them, maybe on the program level, or maybe just individually 4 56 uh, these are the up next means we're waiting to be awarded these, so they haven't completed whatever they've needed to in order to earn these rewards 5 05 awarded means it's been given to them, but they may have not redeemed them yet, or the brand might be handling it on their side 5 12 and then redeemed means, they have received the reward, and they redeemed it, whether it's a discount code or product um, this little hamburger stack up at the top right hand corner of the screen 5 24 this is where they can find their account settings, so all those things we kind of saw, payment information as well 5 29 um, and then also change email notifications, privacy in terms, and then our support centers, so they want to reach out to our support team, they can do that 5 37 and then, if they want to access community, they will click these two chat bubbles at the top right hand side of the screen, and it will take them directly into their feed where they can, you know, uh, filter by latest activity, newest posts, and also filter by channels 5 55 if they want to write a post, they can use this pencil up at the top right hand side of the screen 5 59 um, they can also change or edit so their profile at any time so that is the ambassador portal hopefully that was helpful 6 07 um, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to support at get roster or contact your csm okay 6 13 thank you so much step by step instructions log in as an ambassador to access the ambassador portal confirm you have team admin access if you do not contact the head of your roster account or a customer success manager (csm) to update your access search for the ambassador’s name in the contact list click on the ambassador’s name to open their contact drawer click the three dot menu ("snowman stack") in the top right corner select log in as contact to enter their portal note the portal opens in a mobile view by default navigate the portal interface once inside the ambassador portal home check the ambassador’s profile completion percentage (e g , social connections, shipping details) view milestone progress, claim prizes, and review point history referrals copy the primary referral link or shareable code set up shareable codes for shopify, if applicable view referral stats and graphs by selecting see all and adjusting date ranges campaigns browse available, scheduled, or completed campaigns join campaigns by clicking join now or indicate non interest actions review available actions and track completed ones rewards view pending, awarded, and redeemed rewards, including discount codes or products access additional settings and features use the top right menu options for more functionalities account settings update payment information, email notifications, and privacy settings access support resources community feed post updates, filter by activity or channels, and engage with the community edit profile update profile details anytime using the pencil icon need help?
