Setting up milestones is a great way to keep ambassadors motivated and engaged in your program. By adding rewards to each milestone, you can encourage ambassadors to reach specific goals and create a structured tier system for recognition. This guide will show you how to add rewards to milestones and build a tiered reward system for your ambassadors.

Step-by-step instructions

Access the campaign draft mode

Navigate to the campaign you wish to edit by accessing the draft mode.

Proceed to step 2, labeled Milestone and Rewards.

Fill out the milestone details

Select a new milestone from the available options.

Complete the required information for the milestone at the top section of the page.

Choose and add a reward to the milestone

Scroll down to view the different reward options.

Select the type of reward you want to add from the following options:

Discount code reward

Automated product reward (for Shopify brands)

Manual product reward

Custom reward

Cash reward
