managing your campaigns effectively is crucial for the success of your ambassador program in roster this guide will help you navigate through your campaign dashboard, efficiently handle campaign submissions, and manage participants to ensure everything runs smoothly additionally, you'll learn how to manage campaign rewards, manually add items to a campaign, and properly end and archive your campaigns video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hi everyone, this is caroline with roster and in this section, um, we're gonna walk you through how to manage your campaigns \[00 07] so, we've launched some campaigns they're ready to go we're starting to receive submissions maybe we want to understand the campaign dashboard a little bit better \[00 16] this section is gonna walk you through your campaign dashboard, managing your campaign submissions, um, managing campaign participants uh, campaign rewards, um, also manually adding anything to a campaign and then ending and archiving a campaign \[00 30] um, so, yeah, feel free to check out any of the videos below um, if you have any questions, then, you know, you can reach out to us at support at getroster com or feel free to contact your csm \[00 41] thank you step by step instructions access your campaign dashboard navigate to the campaigns section in the left hand navigation menu select the campaign you wish to manage to view its dashboard manage your campaign submissions from the campaign dashboard, click submissions to view the list of submissions review submissions and take action as necessary, such as approving or rejecting entries manage campaign participants click participants in the campaign dashboard to see a list of current participants use this section to add new participants, remove existing ones, or update participant details handle campaign rewards navigate to rewards from the campaign dashboard to manage rewards associated with the campaign edit reward criteria, update available rewards, or process reward claims by participants add items manually to a campaign on the campaign dashboard, use more actions > add item manually to manually insert any necessary items or information end and archive a campaign once the campaign has concluded, select end campaign to close it officially use the archive option to store the campaign data for future reference need help? if you need any additional assistance with with your roster account, feel free to contact our support team at mailto\ support\@getroster com we're here to help!
