campaign dashboards in roster provide a comprehensive overview of your ambassador campaigns, offering valuable insights into campaign status, participant engagement, and content performance brands can effectively manage and analyze the progress of their campaigns using these dashboards this guide will help you navigate the various tabs and features available in the campaign dashboard video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hello! in this video, we are going to be reviewing a campaign dashboard so, when you're on a campaign dashboard, the things you're going to see in the overview tab here, um, you're going to see some campaign statuses, so you'll see how many people have been added, how many emails have been sent, how \[00 17] many have been opened, how many of those have joined, and how many of those have completed you'll also see, um, um, the participation rate and the completion rate here, then you'll see some information on your content that's being brought in \[00 31] you'll see how many posts, stories, uploads, or links have been uploaded you'll be able to see how the total following reach that, um, you have within the invited ambassadors and the joined ambassadors as well \[00 46] over here, you'll see the engage merit where you can see the overall engagement rate of the post within, um, this specific campaign \[00 54] down here, you're going to see some top performing posts and then some data on them as well to view more, you can go into here, where you'll be dropped into the contents tab \[01 05] in the contents tab, you'll be able to see, um, your social posts, your stories, anything that has been uploaded, and you'll also be able to see this toggle that says needs approval you'll be able to toggle this on if any, if there are any pending submissions within a campaign \[01 23] in the participants tab here, you're going to see an overview of everyone that has been invited to join this campaign and their current status \[01 31] so here, you're going to see the status of whether or not they have completed the campaign and the stats along with their submitted posts \[01 39] down here, you'll see some additional statuses so you'll see something like invite sent, so that means that they have been sent the invite but have not opened or joined \[01 47] this will show that they have joined but not completed and if we go through here, you're going to see a status dropdown \[01 54] here, you'll be able to sort by specific statuses so maybe you wanted to send a reminder you could also uhm, include everyone that you have sent an invite to, sent a reminder, who has opened the campaign, and maybe anyone that has joined \[02 09] here, you can select all you can either resend the invite here, choose to send them a one off email, maybe reminding them of campaign or something like that \[02 19] and then you'll have some additional options down here, like, uhm, removing them from the campaign, assigning them a contact owner, editing any of their properties, adding some tags or removing tags \[02 32] then, you'll also be able to sort here, so you'll be able to see by, you'll be able to sort by people who have submitted the most, who submitted the last, who has the top likes or comments, who has the most engagement, anything like that as well then you'll also be able to select specific ambassadors \[02 49] if you are looking to find any specific ambassadors and their status within a campaign if you click on this here, you'll be able to pull up a sidebar where you'll be able to see their progress through \[03 00] so, you'll be able to see the ambassadors for what, um, their campaign progress is and the, the, what they have posted \[03 07] so, i'll be able to see that she did join on january 10th and these are the three feed posts that she provided \[03 14] only one was required, but she did provide three i can click on those to find out more as well then, in the rewards tab here, you'll be able to see the status of any rewards that are tied to joining or completing a campaign \[03 29] over here, you'll see the name of the ambassador, the reward in question, when it was created, and the status of that reward \[03 36] up here here, you'll also be able to either look up specific ambassadors, review specific statuses like needs fulfillment, so you can monitor that and mark any as fulfilled, you can see anything that hasn't been redeemed yet, so maybe reach out and inquire to the ambassador directly, and you'll also \[03 52] be able to sort by status, so you'll be able to see, or awarded status, so you'll be able to see what rewards you're providing for upon joining and completing a campaign \[04 00] those things are different if you do select your ambassadors, you're going to have very similar, uhm, areas here for the dropdown \[04 09] you can either manually mark all as fulfilled, mark as won't fulfilled, choose to send them to an email, and those similar, ah, settings down here as well \[04 18] and that is a little bit about the campaign dashboard and how you can use it to manage and, uhm, review your campaign step by step instructions explore the overview tab access a campaign dashboard to view the overview tab review campaign status metrics such as the number of people added emails sent, opened, and participants joined or completed participation and completion rates view content engagement data including number of posts, stories, uploads, and links total following reach of both invited and joined ambassadors check the engage merit for overall post engagement rates see top performing posts and click through to the contents tab for more details navigate the contents tab access the contents tab to see social posts, stories, and uploads a toggle option for needs approval to manage pending submissions review participants in the participants tab go to the participants tab for an overview of invited participants and their statuses view completion status and associated post statistics monitor additional statuses like invite sent and joined or completed indicators use status dropdowns to filter participants, allowing actions like sending reminders select participants to resend invites or send one off email reminders remove them from the campaign, assign contact owners, or manage tags sort participants to identify top contributors or engagement metrics select specific ambassadors to view a sidebar detailing their campaign progress manage rewards in the rewards tab open the rewards tab to track reward statuses tied to campaign participation view rewards information including ambassador names, reward details, creation date, and current status search for specific ambassadors or sort by reward status for needs fulfillment updates interact with reward statuses to monitor unredeemed rewards or mark as fulfilled select ambassadors for similar actions, such as mass marking rewards as
