Find rewards that need manual fulfillment

manual product rewards and custom rewards in roster require manual fulfillment by your team there are three ways to quickly find and track rewards that need to be fulfilled, ensuring a smooth experience for both your team and ambassadors video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough 0 00 hey, this is jeff at roster in this video, i'm going to show you a few different ways in which you can find rewards that need to be fulfilled by your team 0 09 these would be manual rewards, such as manual product rewards or custom rewards so, there's a couple different ways, a few different ways actually, that you can rewards that need fulfillment 0 21 the first thing you can do is click in the left hand corner navigation, the main navigation, click on more, and then click rewards 0 28 and that will bring up a list of all of the product and manual rewards in your roster account and from here, there's an action required filter 0 37 so, if you click the action required drop down and select needs fulfillment, then it will just filter out all of the top level rewards that have reward instances that are that need to be fulfilled 0 49 so, in this case, it looks like i have 14 of the gift card rewards that need to be fulfilled so, i can click on that, and here i see the specific rewards that need to be fulfilled 1 03 and i can, uhm, individually mark them as fulfilled as i fulfill them or i can do a bulk action and then select these 1 12 the, uhm, the mark is fulfilled once i start changing the status on these, then i'll probably, before i do any bulk action, want to use the status drop down to just simply select the needs fulfillment 1 25 and that will just give me a subset of the reward instances that need to be fulfilled okay, so that's how you can do it from this main rewards tab 1 35 there's two other ways that you can find, uhm, items that need to be fulfilled if i come to my list of campaigns here, uhm, there's also a action required filter 1 45 if i select that and choose the needs fulfillment checkbox, then it will filter down all of my campaigns where there's at least one reward that needs fulfillment 1 57 and i can actually just click on this number right here in the name needs fulfillment column and it will take me into that campaign to the rewards tab and it will pre filter it where status is needs fulfillment 2 10 so here i can see that this ambassador needs the, uhm, free gift and i can also click on this and get that fulfillment details drawer which has all the information about the reward, has their address that i can quickly copy to the clipboard 2 24 and i can also do the bulk actions here to mark it as fulfilled, send them an email let's say that this requires, uhm, collecting some information from them on how they want to redeem the gift 2 37 i can quickly communicate that to them so that's from there and then the third way is by going to the milestones list page 2 46 and from here, i have a needs fulfillment column it's really pretty straightforward there's also a hyperlink if i click on that, then it will bring me to the rewards tab for that milestone series 2 59 and it will also be pre filtered where status is needs fulfillment so you can see now here all of the items that need fulfillment 3 07 and just like with the other places, i can click on one of the rows and it will open up the fulfillment drawer 3 13 so i can see all the details about that reward that needs to be issued hopefully this helps you understand how you can quickly identify navigation click on the action required filter select the needs fulfillment checkbox to filter campaigns with pending rewards click the number in the needs fulfillment column to go directly to the campaign’s rewards tab the rewards tab will be pre filtered to show only rewards that need fulfillment click on an individual reward to view fulfillment details, including the ambassador's shipping address find milestone rewards that need manual fulfillment navigate to the milestones page from the main navigation look for the needs fulfillment column click on the number in this column to go directly to the milestone’s rewards tab the rewards tab will be pre filtered to display only rewards that need fulfillment click on an individual reward to open the fulfillment drawer and see details take action on rewards open the reward fulfillment drawer for a specific reward view details, including ambassador information and fulfillment instructions copy the ambassador’s shipping address if needed mark the reward as fulfilled once it has been issued use the bulk actions > mark as fulfilled option for multiple rewards if a reward will not be issued, mark it as won’t fulfill to remove it
