if your brand offers manual product rewards or custom rewards for campaigns or milestones, you can enable email notifications to get notified when rewards require manual fulfillment this ensures that your team is aware of pending fulfillments and can take action promptly video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough 0 00 hey, this is jeff at roster in this video i want to show you how you can get set up to be notified by roster when there are ambassadors in your account that need to have rewards manually fulfilled 0 14 that could be the case where you have a manual product reward or a custom reward for a campaign or a milestone and the ambassadors do, uhm, the required tasks in order to, uhm, to earn those rewards 0 25 it's, so it's really straight forward there's a separate video on just using the ui here to find rewards that need to be fulfilled, but in this one i want to show you how you can get notified automatically 0 36 so, to start with, you'll just click on your brand at the bottom left of the brand portal here and in the flyout menu select your account and when that your account modal opens up then select email notifications in the left navigation and you'll see that there's a whole bunch of different email notification 0 55 types that you can subscribe to we want to look for the pending, uhm, milestone fulfillment, so here's that one right here 1 03 and in the pending milestone fulfillment, uhm, we have the option of indicating the frequency in which we want to be notified 1 12 so you can get a daily digest, a weekly digest, and a monthly digest, or you can opt out of these emails all together 1 20 and then you can actually decide which programs you want to get notified about, that would mean which, uhm, so if an ambassador in the influencer program unlocks a milestone that has a manual product reward in it 1 36 then you would get notified about that so you can just decide the frequency that you would like to get notified, as well as the set of programs 1 45 and the same goes for campaign fulfillment so if i see the pending campaign fulfillment here, i have a very similar setup 1 55 i can choose the frequency and then the set of programs that i want to get notified for so once those are set and, and the ambassadors start doing things that will earn them rewards that need manual fulfillment, you will start getting emails based on the digest frequency 2 11 and the emails will have a link to click on to take you right to the campaign or milestone that, where the fulfillments need to happen 2 20 alright, hopefully this is helpful if you have any questions, definitely let us know and in the meantime, have a great day 2 24 thanks step by step instructions navigate to email notification settings click on your brand name in the bottom left corner of the brand portal in the flyout menu, select your account in the account modal that opens, click email notifications in the left hand navigation panel enable milestone fulfillment notifications scroll through the list of email notification options locate the pending milestone fulfillment notification choose how frequently you want to receive these notifications select the specific programs for which you want to receive notifications enable campaign fulfillment notifications locate the pending campaign fulfillment notification choose the frequency of notifications (daily, weekly, monthly, or opt out) select the relevant programs for which you want notifications save settings and receive notifications ensure your preferred frequency and program selections are correct once ambassadors complete tasks that earn them manual rewards, you will start receiving digest emails based on your chosen frequency these emails will include direct links to the campaigns or milestones requiring fulfillment, allowing you to take quick action need help? if you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer success team at cs\@getroster com mailto\ cs\@getroster com
