Ending & archiving campaigns

ending and archiving campaigns in roster allows you to efficiently manage your campaigns by removing completed or unused campaigns from your dashboard you can choose to end a campaign immediately, without waiting for its set ending date, and archive it to keep your workspace tidy by filtering out campaigns that no longer require active monitoring or modifications archived campaigns are still accessible and can be easily retrieved whenever needed video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hello! in this video, we are going to be reviewing how you can choose to end and then archive campaigns if needed \[00 07] so when you are ready for a campaign to either be ended before the ending date or just don't want to add an ending date and want to end it right now, you can do so by either clicking these side buttons here and by clicking edit or you can just dive in here and then underneath the more actions \[00 24] you can choose to end the campaign this will pop open just a confirmation making sure that you do, in fact, want to end this campaign \[00 31] then, once you hit end, this will now change to completed back on your dashboard here, you can go scroll over to this, these little dots here and then you can choose to archive right here \[00 44] archiving a completed campaign will just kind of clear it up from your dashboard, maybe you choose to do this with campaigns from the previous year, campaigns you decided not to use, or maybe just some campaigns that you don't want on your dashboard anymore \[00 58] you can still find these by going to the status right here and by clicking archived this will show you a list of all of the archived campaigns you have step by step instructions end a campaign navigate to the campaign you wish to end either click the side buttons and select edit , or open the campaign and click on more actions select end campaign confirm your decision in the pop up message by clicking end once ended, the campaign status will be updated to completed archive a completed campaign return to your dashboard locate the completed campaign you wish to archive click on the three dots next to the campaign choose archive to remove it from your active dashboard archiving is useful for organizing campaigns you don't currently need visible, such as those from previous years or unused campaigns access archived campaigns on your dashboard, find the status filter click archived to view a list of all archived campaigns use this list to review or restore any archived campaigns as needed need help? if you need any additional assistance with with your roster account, feel free to contact our support team at support\@getroster com mailto\ support\@getroster com we're here to help!
