Manage campaign rewards
Managing campaign rewards within Roster's campaign dashboard allows for efficient oversight of ambassador activities and reward distribution. In the Rewards tab, brand managers can track rewarded ambassadors, the programs they're associated with, details about the rewards, and their current statuses. This detailed view offers sorting options by criteria such as creation date, ambassador name, or reward status. An essential feature allows brand managers to identify and reach out to ambassadors regarding unredeemed rewards, ensuring all parties are aware and engaged. By reviewing individual ambassador entries, managers can also access relevant contact information and, if necessary, manage logistics for manual product rewards directly from the dashboard.
