managing campaign rewards within roster's campaign dashboard allows for efficient oversight of ambassador activities and reward distribution in the rewards tab, brand managers can track rewarded ambassadors, the programs they're associated with, details about the rewards, and their current statuses this detailed view offers sorting options by criteria such as creation date, ambassador name, or reward status an essential feature allows brand managers to identify and reach out to ambassadors regarding unredeemed rewards, ensuring all parties are aware and engaged by reviewing individual ambassador entries, managers can also access relevant contact information and, if necessary, manage logistics for manual product rewards directly from the dashboard video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hello in this video, we are going to be reviewing how you can manage campaign rewards within a campaign dashboard so, to navigate, you are going to head into the rewards tab of your campaign dashboard and be greeted with this page \[00 15] here, you're going to see a few different columns you're going to see the ambassador, the program that they're attached to, the reward they were provided, the date that that reward was received \[00 24] was created, and then the status of that reward as well you are able to sort by creation date or by ambassador, whichever is easiest for you \[00 33] you can also choose to look up individual ambassadors, so their first name or email then you can also sort by status, so maybe you had some that required manual fulfillment \[00 43] you can sort by needs fulfillment, so you can see all of the orders that have yet to be fulfilled you can also do the same thing with an automated product reward where you can see any rewards that maybe haven't been redeemed yet, and you can reach out to the ambassador to let them know, hey, go ahead \[00 58] and check out your portal to redeem this then over here, you'll also be able to see awarded, so this will sort out any awards that were rewarded upon joining or upon completing the campaign \[01 09] and that's a little bit about how to manage your rewards if you do pop open one of these here, you'll be able to see the first name, the email of the ambassador, some campaign details, so when they were completed, when they joined, all of that good stuff \[01 24] you'll be able to see the reward details and the status of that reward if this was a manual product reward, you'd also see their shipping address, so you could easily grab their shipping address and get that order created for them \[01 36] it's a great management tool here as well and you can also choose to mark them all as fulfilled manually, say that they will not be fulfilled, choose to send people an email, choose to add them to a different campaign, maybe change the contact owner, and all of those other good features as well \[01 54] and that's a little bit about how you can manage rewards within your campaign step by step instructions access the rewards tab navigate to the campaign dashboard click on the rewards tab to view the reward management page review and sort reward details examine the columns displaying details such as ambassador program reward provided reward creation date reward status use sorting options to organize data by creation date or by ambassador search and filter rewards use the search bar to find ambassadors by first name or email filter by reward status to identify rewards requiring manual fulfillment automated product rewards not yet redeemed for unredeemed rewards, contact ambassadors to prompt redemption via the ambassador portal view detailed reward information click on an individual reward entry to see more details review the following information ambassador's name and email campaign completion and join dates reward specifics and status shipping address for manual product rewards manage reward actions choose actions for individual or multiple rewards such as marking them as fulfilled or not sending emails to ambassadors adding ambassadors to a different campaign changing the contact owner execute your chosen action based on the needed management task need help? if you need any additional assistance with with your roster account, feel free to contact our support team at support\@getroster com mailto\ support\@getroster com we're here to help!
