managing campaign participants within a campaign dashboard is a crucial aspect of effectively running ambassador programs on the roster platform the participants tab in the campaign dashboard allows brand managers to view, sort, and interact with all campaign participants, making it easier to track participation status, manage submissions, and maintain engagement this guide will walk you through the steps to navigate and utilize the participant management features within a campaign dashboard video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hello! in this video we are going to be diving in how you can manage campaign participants within a campaign dashboard \[00 07] so, to manage this, you're going to want to go into the participants tab up here so that you're looking at everyone that's been invited to this campaign \[00 15] here you're going to see a few things you'll see the ambassador's name, the status, so where they are within the campaign, whether they have completed it, whether they've joined it, whether they've the invite has been sent but they haven't opened it \[00 26] you can find all of the statuses right here, and you can also sort by them as well then you're going to see the total amount of submissions and some stats on those as well \[00 37] if you click on the percentage here, it will show you this sidebar where you can investigate the submissions and anything that might be pending, or check out any of their submissions that they've already made \[00 48] then, um, going down here, you'll also be able to search up specific ambassadors if you're looking for, um, to see someone's status or something like that \[00 59] then, you can select ambassadors, so you can either select all or select individuals depending on what you need and within this action dropdown, you can either hit re send invite, choose to send them a one off email, you can choose to remove them from this campaign, you can assign a contact owner, you \[01 16] can edit any of their properties, and add or remove tags as well and that's a little bit how you can use the campaign dashboard to manage your participants step by step instructions navigate to the participants tab open the campaign dashboard from the left hand navigation menu click on the participants tab to access the list of all invited ambassadors review participant details view ambassador names and their current status within the campaign status options include invitation sent, joined, or completed sort participants by status for better organization check the total number of submissions along with any related statistics available investigate submissions click on the percentage figure next to a participant to open the sidebar review pending submissions and examine completed submissions search and select participants use the search function to find specific ambassadors based on name or status select ambassadors individually or use the select all feature for bulk actions perform actions on selected participants click on the action dropdown to choose what you want to do re send invite re invite ambassadors who haven’t responded send a one off email communicate individually with participants remove from campaign exclude a participant from the campaign assign contact owner set or update the point of contact edit properties modify ambassador properties add/remove tags organize ambassadors with appropriate tags need help? if you need any additional assistance with with your roster account, feel free to contact our support team at support\@getroster com mailto\ support\@getroster com we're here to help!
