creating a campaign in roster allows you to engage with your ambassadors effectively by utilizing pre built templates or designing a custom campaign campaign creation can be daunting, especially for users new to the software however, roster provides an intuitive interface that simplifies the process, offering both template options and the flexibility to craft campaigns from scratch in this guide, we'll demonstrate how to create a campaign using a seasonal template, specifically a valentine's day gift guide campaign, though the steps are applicable to any campaign type, such as welcome campaigns or product launches video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hi everyone, this is caroline with roster and in this video, i'm going to walk you through how to create a campaign \[00 07] so campaign creation can feel super overwhelming, especially if we haven't used any sort of software in the past, but with roster we try to make it as easy as possible \[00 17] um, so when you're coming into the campaign section, you'll notice this large black button in the top right hand corner of your screen \[00 24] that says a new campaign if you click that, you have a couple options of campaign templates that we have created for you, or you can create a campaign from scratch \[00 33] if you do this, it means everything will be blank except for the emails um, for this specific, uh, walkthrough, i am going to use one of our featured seasonal campaigns \[00 44] um, but you can definitely follow along whether you're trying to do a welcome campaign um, or just a product launch, anything there, um, but i'm just going to use our valentine's day gift guide campaign \[00 56] okay so we click that it gives you kind of an overview of the campaign, a description, um, and then, uh, what it will look like to the ambassador \[01 05] so if we decide to use this template, most of the campaign will already be built out it's just going to be filling in the blanks \[01 12] okay and in the next video, i'm going to go over step one of the campaign step by step instructions navigate to the campaign section open the roster application go to the campaigns section start a new campaign locate the large black new campaign button in the top right hand corner of the screen click the new campaign button choose a campaign template review the list of available campaign templates you can use select a template that fits your campaign needs or choose to create a campaign from scratch for a blank template set up for this example, click on the valentine's day gift guide template review and use the template after selecting a template, an overview and description of the campaign will appear review what the campaign will look like to your ambassadors click use template to proceed with the selected template need help? if you need any additional assistance with with your roster account, feel free to contact our support team at mailto\ support\@getroster com we're here to help!
