Connect TikTok

[00:00] Hey, this is Jeff at Roster. In this video, I'm going to show you real quickly how to connect your brand's TikTok account within Roster. [00:06] It's really straightforward. So you just need to be logged into the TikTok account in the browser, and then you're going to click on your brand logo in the bottom left navigation, and then click on integrations, and you'll be taken straight to the social profiles page. [00:21] From there, all you need to do is click connect. And you'll be redirected to TikTok, where it will ask you to approve the connection request. [00:31] You will need to keep all of these checkboxes or toggles selected. We need each one of those permissions in order for Roster's features to work. [00:40] And then simply click, click continue, and you'll be navigated back to Roster. And if all goes well, you will see your TikTok account. [00:48] It will show the handle as well as the display name. So if anything goes wrong, you should see a little error message.
