Allow multiple quantities of products

Setting up product rewards or product seeding rewards in Roster allows you to offer ambassadors the flexibility to select multiple quantities or variants of the same product. This is especially useful when providing ambassadors with a spending allowance.
Previously, ambassadors could only select one instance of a product, which posed challenges for brands whose ambassadors wanted to select two or more of the same product. With this product reward option, you can enable ambassadors to choose multiple quantities or variants, enhancing their shopping experience.
Step-by-step instructions
Add or edit an existing product reward
- Navigate to Campaigns or Milestones in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select the campaign or milestone where the product reward is configured.
- Click Edit to modify the campaign or milestone.
- Scroll down to the Rewards section and locate the existing product reward.
- Click Edit Reward to open the reward builder.
Enable multiple selection of the same product
- Open the product group for which you want to enable multi-selection.
- Locate the Multiple selection of same product option.
- Check the box to allow ambassadors to select multiple quantities or variants of the same product.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Ambassador redemption experience
- Ambassadors select products from the reward group, with an updated option to choose multiple quantities or variants.
- They can now see a shopping cart icon at the top right to manage their selections. From here they can adjust quantities or remove items directly from the cart.
- Once selections are complete, ambassadors proceed to shipping, similar to a regular shopping cart experience.
