tracking sent payments in roster provides detailed insights into payouts made to ambassadors, allowing for streamlined review and data export this guide walks you through how to filter, inspect, and export sent payments efficiently video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough 0 00 hey, this is jeff at roster in this video, i'm going to walk you through how you can view sent payments that you have previously sent out to your ambassadors 0 09 so to get started, let's go ahead and click on the referral rewards tab in the left hand navigation and then when that page loads, we will, click on the sent payments tab 0 19 from here, it will load up all of the payments that you have sent out to your ambassadors, along with some helpful totals 0 26 the, probably the most helpful thing here is the ability to filter this list down so there's some of the basic filters you see across the all of our pages, being able to filter by ambassador, or by program, or date range 0 38 um, there's also a more filters option, which when you open it up you can get some additional filters, like the minimum payment amount 0 46 possibly one of the most useful features is going to be able to to pull in by payment batch so if you happen to send out, say, monthly payments, every time you send out a group of payments together, they'll get included into a batch 0 58 so if i was to have this batch number right there, for example, and then filter the monthly payment batch, now i have just the payments that went out on that batch, and i can then click the export, and select the option, three payments matching your search, and click export, and it would give me a csv 1 19 file of all the payments that went out in that batch there's other options on the filtering, but, filtering by status, let's say that you, uh, want to see if any of the payments have been returned, if this would be in the case of a paypal venmo integration, you could filter by return 1 36 or refunded or blocked to find payments in various, uh, non paid payment statuses you could also filter by how they were paid out, paypal venmo or paid out manually and then lastly you can filter by contact tags 1 51 so once you have your filtering in place, you can review and inspect the items directly from here you can click on the, uhm, payment amount and it will bring up a dialogue that shows the ambassador how many rewards were included in that, uhm, the total each of the individual rewards that were sent out 2 13 in that when you do a csv export, in addition to that, you get the data, the ids, uhm, that roster keeps track of for those 2 21 so in the case that you are questioning, uhm, how a certain payment, and you need some more information, either you can provide that to us or we can come into your account and find that and do some investigation for you 2 33 so all the data is here for you to get information about payments, when they went out, who they were paid to, for how much, which batches they were included in, and more 2 43 so just let us know if you have any questions about payments, we're happy to jump in and help have a great day 2 48 thank you step by step instructions navigate to the sent payments section open the roster dashboard and click on the referral rewards tab in the left hand navigation select the sent payments tab to load all payments previously sent to ambassadors apply filters to refine payment data use the basic filters to sort payments by ambassador name program name date range for payment activity open the more filters option to refine results further by minimum payment amount payment batch number (e g , for monthly payment batches) payment status , such as returned, refunded, or blocked payment method , like paypal, venmo, or manual contact tags assigned to ambassadors inspect individual payment details click on any payment amount in the list to view a detailed dialogue review details such as total rewards included in the payment individual rewards that make up the total additional roster tracking ids for deeper insight export filtered payment data once the desired filters are applied click export to download the results choose the option to export payments matching your search confirm and download the csv file containing detailed payment information the csv file will include payment ids ambassador details (name, email, address, etc ) payment amounts and statuses other relevant data for further processing need help? for further questions about sent payments, contact our customer success team at mailto\ support\@getroster com we’re here to assist you with any inquiries!
