each program on the roster platform has a dedicated custom dashboard that provides an in depth look at the program's specific metrics and performance this differs from the brand performance dashboard, which offers aggregated metrics for the entire brand program specific dashboards allow you to tailor the view and data to meet the unique goals and tracking requirements of each program this flexibility is particularly useful for managing programs that vary significantly in scope and objectives video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hey there, this is jeff at roster in this video, i'm going to show you how you can access a custom dashboard for each one of your programs \[00 08] this is a little different from the brand performance dashboard that's available at the brand level to access the program dashboards, you're going to click on programs in the left hand navigation \[00 18] and once there, you can simply click on any of your programs to pull up the dashboard for each program this is program specific, so, uhm, anything you see here is going to apply just to the program that you selected \[00 31] it's really helpful to be able to get a quick glance of the program and, you'll also notice that there's a customize button here \[00 39] uh, the ability to customize this at a program level is really helpful, because not all programs have the same goals and track the same metrics \[00 47] so, check to customize a program dashboard, you'll just click this button that says customize and it will bring up the dashboard in edit mode \[00 55] on the left hand side are all of the different metrics or widgets that you can drag over and add to the dashboard \[01 02] uhm, over on the dashboard there are sections and you can desi see the sections designated by the title of section \[01 09] and in edit mode, these are input files so you can just simply tap into here and, uhm, type whatever you want in there, type and then within each section, the cards can be rearranged into whatever order you want \[01 28] and additionally, each card has this little dot, dot, dot more menu and you can click on that and see the options too \[01 36] you can do duplicate, remove, and you can change the card size from small to medium, and then you can change some of the cards, you can change, uhm, from line chart to column chart, so i can change it to the line chart if that is more intuitive for me, and you can also, let's see, for the cards where \[01 56] it makes sense, some of them you can turn into leaderboards, so if we come down here to post menu, mentions, and i click this, i can turn this into leaderboard mode, and it will show me the top ambassadors with the most posts for this, for this particular card, and then if you want, you can even duplicate \[02 12] this card, and have the post mentions as a column chart right next to it, so you can see who your top five are, and then you can see the overall for the program, so a lot of flexibility in terms of the widgets that you can add, uhm, coming back to the sections, if i click on the dot dot dot more menu \[02 32] there, you can see that i can add a new section above or below the current section, i can duplicate an entire section, i can remove the section, and then i can rearrange all of the sections on the page, so i can just, if i wanted the social engagement first, i can simply select that, and then when i \[02 48] click add, that will apply those changes so once you've made changes to the program dashboard, you can click save dashboard, or if you want to discard them, then simply click cancel \[02 57] and again, those changes would then be persistent for just this particular, uhm, program you'll also notice when you're viewing the dashboard that you can export the dashboard, this will generate a pdf of what you've what's on the, on the dashboard itself \[03 15] it's not going to download all of the data for you, but it will give you a pdf that you can use in like a report that you're putting together \[03 21] and then there's also a button that's called settings the settings button is actually going to take you into the program settings itself, not into the dashboard settings \[03 31] so, okay hopefully that's a quick overview and you learned something helpful there if you have any questions, shoot
