PayPal payment statuses
Here is a quick overview of the possible PayPal / Venmo statuses you might see in Roster. In short, when your payments are successfully processed, recipients that already have a PayPal or Venmo account get their payment instantly. Recipients without a PayPal or Venmo account receive a notification that a payment is available. If a payment is unclaimed after 30 days, the money is returned to your account.
Pending
Your payout request has been submitted and is being processed. The recipient will get the funds once the request is processed successfully. If the recipient doesn't claim this payout, the funds will be returned to you.
