the action dashboard in roster provides an overview of how many participants have completed specific actions within your ambassador program this dashboard allows brands to review the participation levels and points earned for different actions here’s a guide on how to access and interpret the action dashboard video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hi everyone, it's carolyn from roster and in this video i'm going to show you the action dashboard okay, so we've had a couple people complete our actions and now we kind of want to be able to review that \[00 12] so you're going to go into the actions tab and then you're going to select which action you want to see more of \[00 18] so we'll just do this, review your favorite product, click here, and this is where we can see the dashboard so, days active, we can see this action's only been active for about two days \[00 30] how many people have participated out of total that are eligible? so, just as a reminder, actions are program wide uhm, you cannot filter anyone out of actions \[00 40] you cannot create actions for just a few people in the program so participants are always going to include the total program no matter what \[00 47] and then points earned, it's just going to take how many people have completed the program, or completed the action, along with how much, how many points they get for completing the action \[00 57] so, yeah, the dashboard's pretty straightforward this is kind of the data that you can see just on the action level for each individual action \[01 05] there is a way to see, like, total actions completed, uhm, in your, just, brand dashboard uhm, so if you want to learn more a little bit more about that, you can check out our brand dashboard help article \[01 15] but, yeah, hopefully this was helpful if you have any questions, reach out to support at getroster com, or you can contact your csm \[01 22] okay, thank you step by step instructions access the action dashboard navigate to the actions tab in the roster brand portal select the specific action you want to review for example, you might choose review your favorite product review the action details days active view how many days the action has been active participants check how many people have participated out of the total eligible members remember, actions are program wide and cannot be filtered for specific individuals points earned see the total points earned based on the number of people who completed the action and the points allocated per action completion explore further action data to see total actions completed, access the brand dashboard for more detailed instructions, refer to the brand dashboard help article need help? if you need any additional assistance with with your roster account, feel free to contact our support team at mailto\ support\@getroster com we're here to help!
