this article provides a step by step guide on how to review and manage action submissions in roster whether you received an email notification about pending approvals or need to check submissions manually, this guide will walk you through approving or rejecting ambassador actions video walkthrough video transcript 0 00 hi everyone, this is caroline with roster, and in this video i'm going to show you how to manage your application, er, your action submissions 0 08 okay, so maybe you got an email letting you know that you have a couple actions that are awaiting approval maybe you are just in your roster platform and you need a little help, this is your first time approving any actions 0 22 or maybe an ambassador reached out and said they had submitted something for an action and are going to go and approve it 0 28 uh, either way, this video is going to walk you through how to approve or reject any action submissions uhm, so what you're going to want to do is go to your actions tab 0 37 and here we can see all these different columns we have the action title, points, status, program, submissions, needs approval the needs approval column will be the most important for this video 0 48 and as we can see, we currently have two actions that are awaiting approval okay, so we'll start with the review your favorite product 0 55 we're going to click here and it will take us directly to the action dashboard uhm, and from here, you can preview the action 1 02 so if you want to remind yourself what was this action for, uhm, you can end the action, you can duplicate it, and you can also edit the action 1 09 we can also see, you know, how active it was, so on and so forth okay, so we see that ellen submitted her review, uhm, and, uh, you know, we can, uh, click on it, see the image, we can download it, uhm, whatever you want to do there, and then we can approve or reject it 1 28 we can also, if we have a lot of submissions and you want to filter and see who needs approval, you can turn this on, it will just pull up any submissions that need approval 1 36 and get rid of those other ones you can also filter by participants, so if an ambassador reaches out and says, like, hey, i'm waiting for my, uhm, action to be approved, you can search their name here and see if they show up, and then you can also filter by, you know, all time this week, last 30 days 1 53 , this month, and last month uh, if you have multiple actions that you want to approve, you can select all the actions, and you can approve all or reject all 2 03 it won't let me since these are technically all approved one thing to know is when you approve or reject an action, there is no way to undo that, so, uhm, just triple check before you move forward, but at this time right now, you, once you approve or reject it, it is now approved or rejected 2 22 if we wanted to reject this action, uhm, you can give a, a rejection reason, uh, so we have all these different reasons listed or you can select other if none of these apply and then you can give additional feedback as well, so sometimes ambassadors will upload the wrong image or maybe they'll upload 2 40 , like, double images or something and so i here will just kind of let them know, like, what they need to do in order to get the action approved and just let them know why their action is being, uh, rejected and if they have any questions they can reach out to the brand or they can reach out to, uhm, 2 54 our team support at getrostered com uh, so, we're gonna approve ellen, so as soon as we do that, now the action is approved, uhm, and she will earn those points and then we're gonna go into our like and comment on the instagram post and we see that richard uploaded a screenshot of them liking and commenting 3 19 on the post that our brand, uh, brought up so, for this one we can approve or reject again for, just for, uh, argument's sake we're gonna reject it 3 28 we'll say does not follow content guidelines,
