Approve & reject referral rewards

in this guide, we'll cover the steps to accept and reject referral rewards that your ambassadors have earned from driving word of moth sales managing referral rewards effectively ensures timeline and accurate unlocking of milestones and/or commissions payouts for your ambassadors video walkthrough step by step instructions navigate to the referral rewards page go to the referral rewards page from the left hand navigation menu optionally filter rewards by date range (e g , last 30 days), status (e g pending), or other filter options to narrow down the list review reward statuses check the status of each reward pending awaiting manual or auto approval the calendar icon indicates that the reward is scheduled to be auto approved, per the program level referral settings that the ambassador is in rewards scheduled for auto approval can also be manualluy approved approved already accepted, either manually by a teammate or auto approval rule this is the final status for referral points and they cannot be reverted back to pending approved (but not paid) referral commissions can be reverted back to pending approved referral commissions are eligible to be included in payments rejected declined and ineligible for points or payouts rejected rewards can be reverted back to pending approve or reject individual rewards for each reward click approve to accept the reward click reject to decline the reward accidentally approved referral commissions can be reverted back to pending by clicking undo approval accidentailly rejected referral points or referral commissions can als obe reveted back to pending by clicking undo rejection approve or reject rewards in bulk use the checkbox at the top of the list to select all rewards in the current view, or select one or more individual rows ensure the selected rewards have a compatible status (e g , pending) click actions and choose one of the following options approve rewards reject rewards undo approval/rejection filter rewards for bulk actions use the more filters menu to refine your selection select status and filter by pending for rewards awaiting approval perform bulk actions (approve, reject, or undo) as needed view additional reward details click on a reward to view its detailed information order details attribution reward type (e g , commission, points) approve or reject the reward from this detailed view, if necessary manage unsent payments (commission rewards only) after approving commissions, navigate to the unsent payments tab review ambassadors with approved commissions not yet included in a payment if corrections are needed return to the referral rewards page locate the reward using filters (e g , ambassador name) undo approval to set the reward back to pending need help? if you have any questions about managing referral rewards, reach out to our customer success team at support\@getroster com mailto\ support\@getroster com we're here to help!
