Program templates in Roster provide a quick and efficient way to create a new ambassador program by leveraging pre-designed templates suited to various use cases. These templates are optimized for different types of programs, such as Ambassadors, Athletes, Creators, Affiliates, Industry Professionals, Customer Loyalty, and more. You can choose a template based on your needs or start from scratch to build a completely custom program.
Step-by-step instructions
Access program templates
- Navigate to the Programs tab in the left-hand menu.
- Click the New Program button in the upper-right corner.
- A list of available templates will appear, including options such as Ambassadors, Athletes, Creators, Affiliates, and more.
Choose a template or create from scratch
- Review the list of templates to identify the one best suited for your program.
- Click the See Features option below each template to view its key features.
- Once you have selected a template:
- Click Use Template.
- Alternatively, click Create from Scratch if you prefer to design a custom program.
Customize your new program
- Enter a name for your new program. You can use your own name or stick with the template's default name.
- Choose a color and an emoji to represent the program.
- Click Create.
Begin program setup
- After clicking Create, you will be redirected to the program settings page.
- From here, configure your program's details, such as referral settings, rewards, and other customization options to meet your brand’s needs.
