leaderboards let your ambassadors see how they rank against the rest of their program — on points, campaigns, referrals, social content, and more you choose which leaderboards to turn on, what order they appear in, and the time period each one covers this article walks through setting them up good to know — leaderboards are off by default, so nothing changes for your ambassadors until you turn them on ambassadors always see everyone's ranking and placement, but never each other's underlying numbers — only their own the six leaderboards you can turn on any combination of these six leaderboards for a program each one ranks the ambassadors in that program from highest to lowest leaderboard ranks ambassadors by points earned points earned during the selected period most campaigns completed number of campaigns completed most actions completed number of actions completed most referrals number of referred orders highest social engagement total engagement across their detected social posts most social content number of social posts across all networks leaderboard names are fixed and can't be renamed there are no revenue, commission, or earnings leaderboards — ambassadors never see money related rankings for their peers step by step instructions 1\ open the leaderboards settings go to programs and select the program you want open program settings and choose the leaderboards tab 2\ turn on leaderboards switch on display leaderboards at the top this is the master switch for the program the six individual leaderboards become available underneath it 3\ choose which leaderboards to show toggle on each leaderboard you'd like your ambassadors to see you can turn on as few or as many as you like use the drag handle on each row to set the order this is the order ambassadors see them in, and the first one is what opens by default 4\ set a time period for each leaderboard each leaderboard has its own time period dropdown, set to last 30 days by default pick the window you want it to cover this week this month this quarter this year last week last month last quarter last year last 7 days last 30 days last 60 day last 90 days last 365 days ambassadors can't change the period — the window you pick is what they'll see there's no all time option; last 365 days is the longest available 5\ preview what ambassadors will see click the eye icon on any leaderboard row to load a live preview using your program's real data — exactly as your ambassadors would see it you can preview a leaderboard even before turning it on, which is a good way to decide whether it's worth showing 6\ save click save changes take effect for ambassadors the next time they open the portal heads up — if display leaderboards is on, you'll need at least one leaderboard turned on to save otherwise ambassadors would see a leaderboards button that opens an empty page to switch the feature off entirely, just turn off display leaderboards what your ambassadors see a trophy icon appears in the top bar of their portal once you turn leaderboards on tapping it opens the leaderboards page they can switch between the leaderboards you enabled and see the top 10 ambassadors in the program, plus their own standing pinned at the bottom the top three places show gold, silver, and bronze trophies ties share a place and are labelled as tied ambassadors see each other's rank and name only — never each other's point totals, referral counts, or other values their own row is the only one showing a number, along with how much more they need to reach the leaderboard ambassadors with a community profile appear by their display name and photo, and their row links to that profile those without one appear as a first name and last initial (for example, "sarah m ") why a leaderboard might not appear — a leaderboard only shows to ambassadors once at least 5 ambassadors have activity for it in the selected period until then, they'll see a short "not enough activity yet" message use the preview (step 5) to check whether a leaderboard has enough activity to display faqs can ambassadors see how much everyone else earned or sold? no ambassadors only ever see other ambassadors' placement — never their values there are no revenue or earnings leaderboards can i rename a leaderboard? not currently — the six leaderboard names are fixed can each ambassador choose their own time period? no you set one period per leaderboard, and that's what every ambassador sees what happens if i turn leaderboards back off? the trophy icon disappears from the ambassador portal and the leaderboards page becomes unavailable your configuration is kept, so you can turn it back on later without setting everything up again do ambassadors get notified about their rank?
