keeping your browser clean can help resolve issues with loading, logging in, or using features of our app below are step by step instructions for clearing your cache , cookies , and local storage in google chrome and safari on desktop google chrome (desktop) step 1 clear cache open chrome navigate to the roster site (or any site you want to refresh) open devtools by pressing cmd + option + i (mac) or ctrl + shift + i (windows) right click the refresh button (⟳) next to the address bar select empty cache and hard reload from the dropdown this method avoids clearing all browsing data and is safer if you want to keep your other site data step 2 clear cookies and local storage while on the roster site right click anywhere on the page and select inspect click the application tab in the left sidebar, expand storage click cookies > select the site and right click to clear click local storage > select the site and right click to clear you can also click clear site data under the storage section to remove everything (including indexeddb, service workers, etc ) safari (macos) step 1 clear cache and cookies open safari in the top menu, go to safari > settings (or preferences ) click the privacy tab click manage website data in the pop up, search for app getroster com ) or click remove all to clear all sites click remove now step 2 enable the develop menu (if not already enabled) go to safari > settings > advanced check "show develop menu in menu bar" at the bottom step 3 clear local storage open the site in safari click develop in the top menu bar choose show web inspector go to the storage tab under local storage , right click the site and choose delete all or delete specific items manually after clearing cache, cookies, and local storage, refresh the page and log in again to continue using the app if you still run into issues, feel free to reach out to our support team!
