the social posts reporting tab in the roster brand portal provides a comprehensive overview of your ambassadors' performance across various social media platforms this feature allows brands to gain insights into the reach, impressions, and engagement metrics of their ambassadors' posts by leveraging the social posts reporting tab, brands can analyze both high level and individual ambassador performance, apply various filters for granular data analysis, and export reports for further analysis video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hi everyone, sydney from roster here today we are going over the social posts reporting tab in your brand portal to navigate to this tab, you'll want to go to reports on the left hand side of your portal and go down to social posts \[00 12] once you're in the social posts tab, this is a really useful report to get a high level understanding of how your ambassadors are performing across their social accounts \[00 20] so, right now we have a filter from the last 30 days with the noise these ambassadors have made a post, they've gotten reach and impressions, they've had some analytics on their posts, so that is why they are showing up \[00 32] if they did not post within that allotted time frame slash filter, then they would not show up here if we wanted to exit out of this filter, we would see overall posts from your ambassadors \[00 43] at the top here, this is a more general overview, so it shows we've had 100 posts from our ambassadors zero stories, we've had 1 3 million in reach, impressions, engagements, emv overall \[00 55] and then if we want to see it on more of an individual basis, we can go by the specific ambassadors \[01 01] so stephanie has created 13 posts, this is her reach for those 13 posts, impressions, comments, likes we have shares, saves, emv, as well as engagement rates \[01 12] and we can see this on an individual level for all ambassadors who have posted if we want to get more granular with this, we can actually go in and filter even more \[01 22] so if we wanted to filter by a specific ambassador like stephanie, we can type her name in and click on that \[01 29] and now we can just see stephanie's data we can also filter by specific programs so if we just want to see how our impact is \[01 36] how our are performing overall, we can see that as well, obviously by a specific date range and then we can also go to more filters and we can get a little bit more granular with age \[01 47] so we could see if we've added a birthdate into the application form, we can see that we can also see the specific network they're posting on, instagram, tiktok, twitter, or facebook \[01 59] we can see the country if we've added a, um, location in our application form, uh, we can add that as well and see based off the country who's posting, gender \[02 10] this will as well be something they have had to fill out in their portal um, and then as well, you can see campaigns \[02 17] so we want to see how the ambassador welcome campaign was performing, who posted within it, and their specific, um, engagement with it \[02 24] reach, impressions, all of that we can see that on a more individual basis, as well as by a contact tag \[02 30] if you've tagged anyone within programs, you can see, um, their social posts reporting on the contact tag level as well \[02 41] another great feature is the sorting filter so we can sort by how many people have made the most posts to the least \[02 50] we can sort by emv, so who has the highest emv to the lowest you can do by ascending, descending, and by all of these different filters \[02 59] if we want to export this data, we can go to the top right hand side of the screen to export we can export the current page \[03 06] we can export all the records we can export the specific records that are matching our current filters one more time \[03 12] if we this data, it will turn into a csv, which you can convert to a excel document, to google sheets \[03 20] you can import it into whatever analytic tools you use and use that for further research so that is everything you need to know about the social posts reporting tab \[03 32] we appreciate you watching if you have additional questions, please reach out to support and we'll see you next time thanks step by step instructions
