a strong welcome campaign sets the stage for your ambassadors and gets them excited about your program this is where you introduce them to your brand, share expectations, and guide them through key setup steps like connecting social accounts and adding payment info it makes onboarding seamless and ensures they’re ready to start engaging right away you can set up or customize your welcome campaign in the program settings under the campaign tab there, you'll also find templates and style guides to make it fit your brand perfectly video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hello! in this video, we are going to be reviewing the welcome campaign you can find your welcome campaign in your program settings and in the campaign tab right here \[00 10] when you first visit here, you're going to have some options so you can either choose to create a draft by clicking right here, or you can select from a list of your current campaigns you have available \[00 22] so if you've already created one, you can snag it from the list here, and then down here are going to be any additional campaigns that the ambassador are also added to \[00 29] the welcome campaign is a great way to introduce your ambassadors to your program, give them an idea of what they can expect, what some of your guidelines are, and also a great way for them to be guided through account setup \[00 43] so getting your socials connected, getting your payment info connected, and any of those housekeeping things that they might need to start their ambassador journey \[00 52] over here, you're going to see that there's already a pre made, uhm, campaign draft here so, it's going to give you some options \[00 59] you can follow this, adjust it however you would like, uhm, but you'll also see a draft style guide as well \[01 06] so if you want to, you know, kind of use our template here and make it a little bit more brand focused, you can as well \[01 12] again, the most important part of a welcome campaign is going to be welcoming your ambassadors into the program so, we want them to feel excited \[01 21] we want to remind them of some perks most importantly, we want to make sure that it's super clear as to what their next steps are \[01 26] uhm, so that, of course, is going to fall under social connection, payment connection, and kind of getting them off the ground there \[01 33] for additional tips and tricks and some samples, feel free to check out the documents that are attached below thank you step by step instructions access the welcome campaign navigate to program settings in the left hand navigation menu click on the campaigns tab to view the campaign options, including the welcome campaign create or select a welcome campaign draft choose an option for creating your campaign click on create draft to start a new welcome campaign or select from the list of existing campaigns if you've already created one additional campaigns to which ambassadors are assigned will be displayed below your selected campaign customize the welcome campaign review the existing campaign draft provided adjust the content according to your brand's identity and focus consider following the draft style guide to maintain consistency ensure that the welcome message is inviting and clearly outlines the program's perks and guidelines emphasize critical setup steps for ambassadors connect social media accounts set up payment information finalize and deploy the welcome campaign ensure that the campaign clearly communicates the next steps for new ambassadors highlight essential connections and setups needed to start their ambassador journey effectively save and publish the campaign when you are satisfied with the content best practices checkout this document for tips, tricks, and best pracitces when it comes to welcome campaigns! checkout this document for a sample welcome campaign, style guide, and campaign invite! need help? if you need any additional assistance with with your roster account, feel free to contact our support team at support\@getroster com mailto\ support\@getroster com we're here to help!
