reviewing and publishing your campaign is the final step in the campaign creation process on roster this crucial phase allows you to review all campaign elements, make any final adjustments, and then publish the campaign to go live during this step, you can confirm the campaign type (invite only or public), check the campaign details such as name and description, and verify the activities ambassadors need to complete to earn the rewards additionally, you can preview how the campaign will appear to ambassadors and review member and email details before officially going live video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hi everyone, this is caroline with roster and in this video i'm going to go through the last and final step, step five of creating a campaign, review and publish \[00 10] so this final step kind of allows you to go through the entire campaign, kind of double check everything, and then publish and make it live \[00 20] so here it'll highlight the type of campaign, so it's either going to be an invite only campaign or a public campaign \[00 27] we have a video on that, um, in this section of campaigns that you can check out uh, it'll tell you the name of the campaign, the description, again, this is going to be internal, and then the activities that you want your ambassadors to complete in order to earn whatever the reward is in the campaign \[00 43] the duration of the campaign, um, again, you can click this preview page and it will pull up that, uh, preview option for you to see what it's going to look like for the ambassadors \[00 53] i am just going to quickly add a reward just so we can see, um, what that will look like perfect okay awesome \[01 03] so let's go back here okay sweet okay so then if we click preview page, we can scroll down and see, okay, they get \[01 12] 200 points to complete the campaign um, and then requirements, guidelines, all that it looks good to me um, and then how many campaign members we have \[01 24] and then you can go through each of the emails again, if you would like, but once you are ready, you can publish the campaign and it will be, um, good to go \[01 33] so let's click publish and now instead of a draft, it will say published and active um, we can see how long the campaign is going for \[01 41] and then as people start to join the campaign, um, we can keep an eye on it, check these numbers okay \[01 46] hopefully this was helpful we will have another, um, uh, article in this section that talks about publishing a future campaign \[01 53] so feel free to check that out if you ever have any questions, you can reach out to support at get roster com or contact your csm \[02 00] okay thank you step by step instructions review campaign details navigate to the final step of creating a campaign verify the campaign type ( invite only or public ), name, description, and activities required for ambassadors preview the ambassador view click preview page to see how the campaign will appear to ambassadors ensure that all details, such as rewards and requirements, look correct add any final rewards if required, add any final rewards to the campaign to confirm the setup confirm that these rewards are accurately displayed in the preview finalize and publish the campaign double check all campaign details, including member count and email content (optional) click publish to set the campaign live the status will change from draft to published and active monitor the campaign's duration and participant numbers as it progresses need help? if you need any additional assistance with with your roster account, feel free to contact our support team at support\@getroster com mailto\ support\@getroster com we're here to help!
