i'm going to walk you through how to create a automated product reward 0 08 this is a shopify specific feature, and it allows you to set up a reward for, say, a campaign or a milestone series that allows your ambassadors to go in and select whatever products you have enabled with whatever limits you've provided, and then those automatically turn into orders within the shopify 0 29 store when they check out so let's go ahead and just take a look at a high level at how this feature works 0 36 so to start with, you can either go into your campaigns or your milestones to add an automated product reward i'm going to click on campaigns in the left navigation, then i have a draft campaign 0 48 in my campaigns list so i will select that and then i will go to step two campaign brief, and i'm going to scroll down to the reward section 0 59 and for this reward, i want to add an automated product reward if you don't see automated product reward in the dropdown list, it means that you don't have an active shopify store or campaign 1 12 connection with your roster account so you need to address that first, but i'm going to select this and then it's going to prompt me if i want to start by adding individual products to this reward that ambassadors can select from, or if i want to add collections, um, you can always change that later 1 30 and add additional groups as but for starters, i'm going to select add products in this pop up and what i'm going to be presented with is the, uh, product reward builder, and it's going to let me start searching for products 1 47 so i have just the default shopify little product theme going on here, and i'm going to add two products to this 1 55 so my product reward so far in my product group one has just two products products in it and by default, it's saying that the ambassador will be limited to selecting one product that i have selected here 2 09 and i see that the products are down here below if i want, i can change the title of this, which will show up inside the ambassador portal 2 19 snowboard reward and then i can put a further description on there, if i want to, which will show up and at, at the basics, this is it 2 31 so i'm going to click the create button now and that is going to create that reward there are some additional details that i can fill out 2 41 if i click on the reward details panel, it'll open up when, uh, some additional information about the this, such as the timing of when ambassadors will receive this word reward 2 54 the default is that they will receive it upon completing the campaign, which is in this case, what i want, they can see the name of the reward, which shows up right here in this ambassador preview 3 07 so i could also change this to snowboard reward, but you could have it say whatever you want this is a description that you can change 3 15 and then if i wanted to change any of the images that are associated to it, it just grabs the first three product images of the products that i add in there 3 23 but i can remove those and add some additionals if i would like to and then i can click save and that will make, save any changes there 3 33 i'll go into some of these other settings in other, other videos but for now, let's just go ahead and click done 3 38 and now it's going to add that automated product reward to the campaign so let's finish filling out this campaign i'm going to add all of the ambassadors 3 51 actually, let's just add the influencers to this campaign and we'll go ahead and go to this final step and click publish campaign 4 05 alright, so we have our ugc campaign published that will go out to all of the influencers but let's go ahead and see what this looks like from an ambassador's perspective 4 15 so i'm going to click on my contacts and i'll select one of my influencers and i'm going to click login as contact 4 25 and here is the ugc campaign that i just published and you can see here that it says that the reward is a free product 4 33 so let's click on that i'm going to join the campaign i'm going to read through this quickly to get a better idea of what it is 4 42 i see here that i will get a snowboard reward so i'll come to the requirements and it looks like for this, this requirement, i just need to upload my ugc image 4 54 so we'll try to find an image that works here okay so as soon as i upload that, the auto approval was enabled 5 07 so you can see here that the campaign was automatically completed the ambassador is now able to rate this super easy, provide some feedback to you 5 18 and then if i was to come back to the overview, i can see here that the reward is enabled if they didn't click into that overview and somehow just kind of clicked out of this, they can always scroll down to the reward section on the homepage page or go to the rewards tab and select the awarded and they 5 39 can see here that they are able to now redeem that reward i'm not sure how this is going to work inside of the little drawer right here 5 51 so let's see well, so far so good okay so from the ambassador's perspective, it looks like they get to select one of these two products 6 01 so i'm going to pick this first one i'll select add it shows me that i have redeemed all of the products i'm entitled to 6 10 so we'll go to the shipping info and type in our info i will update my profile 6 31 click next confirmation okay, so now i'm on the final page this is basically like a checkout flow and i'm going to click submit order 6 39 and it's roster is going to now send that product information over to the connected shopify store and it will create that as a product 6 49 an actual order starts as a draft order, and then it converts it to a real order and then the ambassador is, um, shown a success screen and then they can click the view order details, which will open up the order status page for the customer 7 06 and they can see all the information here they can click track order with shop if you have tracking info set up, they'll be able to see that information in here 7 13 here as well so everything is set up just right and if you have, um, any questions from a brand perspective, you can, um, find those orders in your shopify store 7 29 but what i want to show you now is when i come to the left hand navigation, i click on more than i select rewards 7 37 the rewards page the reward that i added to the campaign now shows up here so i can click, um, this reward and i can see all the people who have, uh, received that reward and redeemed the reward 7 49 and if they've redeemed it, they can go ahead and just click directly on the order number and it will take you to the shopify admin and it will show you the actual order in the backend 8 01 so so that is a very seamless experience from an ambassador's perspective and from your perspective as the brand hopefully that makes sense 8 10 there's a number of additional articles and videos include entire product collections for ambassadors to choose from define selection limits for ambassadors example limit ambassadors to selecting one product from the group customize the reward title and description as they will appear in the ambassador portal upload images or use default product images to enhance the reward’s visual appeal click create to save the reward setup publish the campaign or milestone complete any remaining setup for the campaign or milestone add ambassadors or influencer groups to the campaign or milestone click publish to activate the campaign or milestone with the automated product reward ambassador experience ambassadors can log in to the ambassador portal and view the campaign or milestone details once requirements are met, the reward will become available for redemption ambassadors select their preferred product(s) and complete a checkout flow within the portal shipping information is entered a confirmation page shows the reward details roster sends the product order to your shopify store, creating an order that is ready to be fulfilled by your team track and manage rewards navigate to more > rewards in the left hand navigation select the reward to view a list of ambassadors who have redeemed it for shopify linked rewards that have been redeemed click on the order number to open the order in your shopify admin review order
