roster provides a variety of action types that brands can use to engage their ambassadors and encourage different forms of participation each action type serves a distinct purpose, from social media engagement to content creation video walkthrough video transcript 0 00 hi everyone, it's caroline with roster, and in this video i'm going to walk you through the different types of actions 0 07 so, within the action template section, uhm, on the actions tab, we can see at the top, uh, the different categories of actions 0 17 so, we have social posts, so this is going to be any type of action that is asking ambassador to create 0 24 uhm, some sort of post, whether it's an instagram reel, an instagram post, facebook post, story, uhm, or a tiktok uh, with these actions, we utilize the at mention and a hashtag, and then it should be able to pull those in 0 39 product review, uhm, these are different ways that ambassadors can leave reviews for your brand so here we have a trust pilot which you can easily change to your website, uhm, or to a different site, maybe facebook, uhm, so yeah, these are just, again, different ways, different types of actions that 0 57 relate to asking ambassadors to leave a review like and comment, these are ways to ask our ambassadors to engage with our different social platforms, uhm, so liking and commenting on our instagram photos, on our youtube video, uhm, on our reels, on our tiktoks, uhm, so on and so forth 1 17 then we have follow or subscribe, uh, these actions are what allow us to ask our ambassadors to follow us on different social platforms 1 26 the one thing to note with these actions are they are on our system, so if they click the button to follow you, it will take them directly to that social profile, but we don't actually to track 1 36 if they do follow you or not, uhm, then lastly we have upload content, so these can kind of be all over the place, it can be create an unboxing, screenshot of social post, instagram highlight, create a video review, uhm, so with any of these upload, you can do upload a photo or upload a video, or you 1 56 can do both, uhm, and these are, all of these actions are fully customizable lastly at the top, you probably saw this featured one, uhm, featured just means these are actions that we're highlighting for you, potentially in a specific month, uhm, maybe during a specific holiday, uh, the other csm and 2 14 i, we update these on a monthly basis and we try to create actions that are in relation to different holidays going on that month, different sales, uhm, just to kind of give you some inspiration 2 26 so yeah, those are the types of actions uh, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to support at get roster com or you can contact your csm 2 34 okay thank you step by step instructions navigate to the actions tab go to the actions tab in the roster dashboard at the top righthand side of the section, you will see differenta new action button click this to access the different categories of actions social posts these actions prompt ambassadors to create social media content ambassadors must include at mentions and hashtags, allowing the system to track engagement product review this action encourages ambassadors to leave reviews for your brand the review platform can be customized based on your preference like and comment this action encourages amabssadors to engage with your different social platforms follow or subscribe encourages ambassadors to follow your brand on different social platforms clicking the action button directs ambassadors to the social profile note roster does not track whether ambassadors actually follow the account upload content ambassadors can upload various types of content upload options include screenshot of a photo, video upload, or both featured actions featured actions are highlighted for specific periods they can align with holidays, seasonal sales and monthly themes the roster team updates these actions regularly to provide inspiration need help? for any questions or assistance, reach out to mailto\ support\@getroster com or contact your customer success manager
