the social feed feature within roster allows brands to effectively pull in and organize content from their ambassadors' activities across various social networks the social feed tab is designed to collate posts from instagram, tiktok, and x posts giving brands an extensive overview of their ambassador activities to fully utilize the social feed, this guide will walk you through its features and how to manage them effectively video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hi everyone, this is caroline with roster, and in this video i'm going to talk to you about the social feed tab \[00 06] okay, so, uhm, up here at the top left hand side of the screen you'll see we have dashboard reports and then social feed \[00 14] this is where we're going to pull in any and all content from your current ambassadors that you have in a program \[00 20] uhm, we will pull in instagram posts instagram reels, tiktoks, and x posts uh, we do not pull in any stories into the social feed tab due to some privacy api \[00 33] uhm, and in order to pull in tiktok or x posts, we do need to have the ambassador verify their account uhm, and then one thing i want to mention is we do have all packages in roster \[00 48] we have something called social listening, uhm, and then we have something called full social listening so, social listening just means that whoever you have in your program, we're going to be listening to them and pulling in their content, and it will show up on the social feed \[01 01] if you have full social listening, which is an additional fee, uhm, we can pull in all content that you are being at mentioned in \[01 09] whether they're in the person, is in your program or not some brands use this as a recruiting tool some brands use this as just a way to kind of keep up to date with what sort of content is being created \[01 21] uhm, if it's something you're interested in, you can definitely reach out to our support team or to your csm to learn a little bit more \[01 28] and then we see, within the social feed tab, it's broken up into these three sections so, we have feed, favorites, and archive \[01 36] this is in relation to, when you're looking at the content, there's going to be these three little icons at the bottom right \[01 42] you see a star, a box, and a download option uhm, so the star is, means you favorite a post so, if there are certain posts that you want to come back to, or maybe you want to have someone else look at, or you just want to be able to kind of get to quickly, we can click a star here, and then it will \[01 59] show up in the feed favorites tab if you want to archive a post, maybe you don't want it to be on the social feed anymore, you can click this box option, and then it will show up in the archive tab \[02 10] otherwise, uh, we do have this download option, and so you can download the content directly to your device, and then be able to share it as you would like \[02 21] uhm, within the social feed, you can also filter by program if you have full social listening, you can filter by no programs, uhm, you can filter by network, and then you can also filter by date range \[02 35] so if you want to see the different content for a certain month, uhm, a certain year, or a certain quarter, that's what you can utilize this, uh, date range for \[02 45] and then lastly, you can also filter by most engagement, most followers, most recent this is super nice because it allows you to kind of organize the social feed \[02 52] we always default to most recent uhm, and yeah, i'm going to talk about metrics in another video, uh, but yeah, hopefully that was helpful, and if you have any questions, just feel free to reach out to support at getroster com, or you
