the social feeds tab in roster's brand portal is a powerful tool that allows you to view and manage all the content your ambassadors have posted mentioning your brand this feature consolidates posts from various social media platforms such as instagram, facebook, tiktok, and x, enabling you to access, analyze, and repurpose content efficiently by ensuring your ambassadors have connected their social accounts, you can accurately track and display their posts, gaining insights into engagement metrics like emv (earned media value), comments, and views video walkthrough video transcript this is a transcript from the loom video walkthrough \[00 00] hi everyone, this is sydney from roster today we're going over the social feeds tab in your brand portal to navigate to this tab, you want to go to the left hand side of your screen and click on social feed \[00 11] once you're in this tab, you will see all of the content that your ambassadors have posted and at mentioned you in \[00 17] there are some guidelines when it comes to what posts we can pull in, so it's always best to make sure that your ambassadors have you connected their social accounts in order for us to accurately pull in posts that they're at mentioning you in \[00 30] specifically, we can pull in from instagram, facebook, tiktok, and x when it comes to instagram reels and posts, those have the least amount of guidelines \[00 39] so if their accounts aren't connected, we do have the ability to pull those posts in with the rest of the social media posts \[00 48] type, we do need them to have their socials connected, reach out to your csm if you have any additional questions on that \[00 55] when it comes to the actual social feed and what it includes, you can see that there are different posts and they're broken up into these social feed cards \[01 04] you can see which ambassador posted, what network they posted on you can see what program they're in if you go over this little icon \[01 11] and in the one and then you can also see how long ago they posted the specific kind of post so this is representing a story on instagram \[01 18] you can see different, um, analytics so you can actually see the emv they received for this you can see if someone commented on this story, how many people saw it \[01 28] and then if you click on it, you can actually see the full story as well again, we have this for tiktok \[01 36] if you click on the tiktok, you can see the full video um, this is down here a carousel so we can actually go through and see the specific carousel \[01 46] within the social feed card, you can decide to favorite, archive, or download the post when you go and favorite it, it will go into this tab \[01 55] so this is a great way to organize your content um, the same goes for archive as well bye for now \[02 00] if you want to download and repurpose your content, you can click on this download button and it will download to your desktop for you to reuse and it won't have any, um, markings on it \[02 11] so it'll be easily, uh, repurposable and then if you'd like to bulk download, you can click on multiple posts and go to actions and go to download \[02 23] you can also select all at the top and download based off of all the posts on the screen on top of that, we can filter based off of the program \[02 34] so if you just wanted to see what our ambassadors have been posting, we can just click on that and now we only see posts from our ambassadors \[02 41] we also have a, um, additional add on called full social listening so if we click on no program, you can now see anyone who's ever at mentioned your brand that's not currently in a program \[02 53] so this is a great way for you to recruit people who have already talked about your brand before and you can find their instagrams here so you can directly reach out to them and see if they're interested in joining the program \[03 04] reach out to your csm if you're interested in that add on on top of filtering by programs, you can filter by specific networks \[03 12] so we could see, um, specifically what facebook posts were pulled in, what instagram, x, and tiktok you can see date ranges \[03 19] so in the last month, what posts have we received from our current ambassadors? and then you could also, um, filter by most engagement \[03 29] so if we wanted to see the most engagement within the last month, it'll pull the most engaged posts up here \[03 35] and you could see, the oldest postcard ever! 1800 in emv maybe we should repurpose this and use it for an ad \[03 41] so that is a little bit about the social feeds tab i hope you enjoyed this video if you have any additional questions, reach out to support at getrostered com or your csm, and we'll see you next time \[03 51] thanks step by step instructions navigate to the social feeds tab go to the left hand side of your screen in the brand portal click on social feed review ambassador posts view all content your ambassadors have posted and mentioned your brand in ensure ambassadors have connected their social accounts for accurate post tracking supported platforms include instagram, facebook, tiktok, and x instagram posts and reels that mention your brand can be pulled even if ambassadors social profiles aren't connected in roster understand social feed cards view posts broken up into social feed cards check details such as which ambassador posted the network used for posting the program they are in how long ago the post was made analyze engagement metrics emv received number of comments and views click on a post to view the full content (e g , full instagram story or tiktok video) manage posts within the social feed use options within the social feed card to favorite , archive , or download a post favorited posts will move to a specific tab for easier organization archived posts are stored separately downloaded posts are saved to your desktop without markings for easy repurposing perform bulk actions select multiple posts click actions > download to save selected posts use select all for bulk downloading all visible posts apply filters for targeted content filter posts by program to view only specific ambassador content use the full social listening add on to see posts from non program users mentioning your brand identify potential recruits who have already engaged with your brand filter by social network view posts from facebook, instagram, x, or tiktok filter by date range view posts from the last month or a specified time period filter by engagement see posts with the most engagement within a selected timeframe additional options and support consider the full social listening add on for broader engagement tracking reach out to your csm for any additional questions or interest in add ons for any support needs, contact support at getrostered com need help?
