Welcome Campaigns serve as an essential starting point for any ambassador program on Roster. They are designed to help ambassadors get acquainted with the platform, set up their accounts, and understand the brand's expectations. With a Welcome Campaign, ambassadors can connect their social media profiles, complete their payment information, and answer any brand-specific questions. This process ensures ambassadors are adequately prepared to engage and succeed in your program.

## Step-by-step instructions

### Access the Welcome Campaign

1. Navigate to the `Programs` tab in the Brand Portal.
2. Select the settings for the specific program you want to create a Welcome Campaign for.

### Navigate to the Campaigns tab

1. Click on the `Campaigns` tab.
2. You'll see two sections:
   - `Welcome Campaign` section: Here, you can create a new draft Welcome Campaign, use a template, or select a pre-created campaign.
   - `Additional Auto-add Campaigns` area: View other campaigns that have the auto-add feature enabled for ambassadors.

### Create or edit a Welcome Campaign

1. Click `Create a draft` to start a new Welcome Campaign, or select an existing campaign to edit.
2. In the draft mode, customize the campaign by including steps such as:
   - Connecting social media accounts.
   - Adding payment information.
   - Completing any brand-specific questions.
   - Introducing the program and outlining expectations.

### Finalize the Welcome Campaign

1. After editing, ensure all necessary components are included for a smooth onboarding.
