### Monitor payment statuses

1. Payment statuses are updated in real-time:
   - **Processing**: Payment is being processed by PayPal or Venmo.

2. Refresh the page periodically to check the status updates.
3. Note: Venmo payments may take slightly longer to process than PayPal payments.

### Common issue: insufficient funds

1. Ensure your PayPal balance has sufficient funds for both:
   - Total payment amount.
   - Associated PayPal fees (refer to [PayPal’s fee table](https://www.paypal.com)).
2. If an insufficient funds error occurs:
   - Add funds to your PayPal account.
   - Retry the payment batch once the balance is updated.
