The social feed in Roster is not just for seeing what your ambassadors post: it is also a way to find new ambassadors. With the **Full Social Listening** add-on, you can see everyone who has mentioned your brand on social media, including people who are not in any of your programs yet. These are customers and fans already talking about you, which makes them strong candidates to recruit.

### Before you begin

- Full Social Listening is an add-on. Without it, the social feed shows posts from your current ambassadors only. To enable it, reach out to your CSM.

- Supported platforms for pulled mentions are Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.

## Step-by-step instructions

### Open the social feed

1. Go to the left-hand menu in the Brand Portal.
2. Click **Social Feed**.

### Show people who are not yet ambassadors

1. Use the program filter at the top of the feed.
2. Select **No program**.

The feed now shows posts from people who have mentioned your brand but are not in any of your programs. This view requires the Full Social Listening add-on.

### Spot strong candidates 

- High engagement on their posts (views, comments, likes).
- Positive, on-brand content that mentions your products.
- A follower base that matches your target audience.

Sort the feed by most engagement and filter by network or date range to narrow the list.

### Reach out and invite them to apply

1. Open the post or profile of a candidate you want to recruit.
2. Message them on that social platform (for example, an Instagram DM) to introduce your program.
3. Share your application form link so they can apply (Recruitment tab > Copy Form Link). See [Recruit existing customers.](https://docs.getroster.com/recruit-existing-customers)

Once they apply, approve them like any other applicant and they become an ambassador.

### Tips

- Personalize the outreach. Reference the specific post of theirs you liked.
- Favorite strong candidates so you can find them again.
- Lead with the perk before you send the application link.
