Setting up a program in Roster is simple and customizable, making it easy to manage your ambassadors. You can start from scratch or duplicate an existing program, using built-in templates to fit your needs. Whether you're focusing on recruitment, campaigns, referrals, or integrations, you can tailor every section to create a seamless ambassador experience.

Roster also gives you the flexibility to set up discounts, smart links, and referral rewards to keep your ambassadors engaged and motivated. Plus, with integrations like Shopify and Klaviyo, you can extend your program’s capabilities even furth

## Step-by-step instructions

### Create a new program

1. Navigate to the `Programs` tab on the left-hand menu.
2. Choose to `Create New Program` or `Duplicate` an existing one.
3. If creating a new program, select from available templates or start from scratch.
4. Enter a name for the program, e.g., "Family and Friends Program."
5. Optionally, add an emoji, number, or color for easy identification.
6. Click `Create` to proceed.
