### Access the discount rules page

1. Navigate to the left-hand menu in Roster and click on the **More** icon.
2. Select **Discounts** to view a list of all your brand’s discount rules.

### Identify shareable discount rules

1. On the discount rules page, locate the icons in the left-hand column.
2. Hover over the icons to view their descriptions:
   - **Link with Lock** icon indicates a leakproof discount rule.

### Understand leakproof code functionality

1. Leakproof codes are dynamically generated when a customer uses an ambassador’s smart link.
2. Key differences from other discount codes:
   - Codes are created in real-time and tied to specific smart links.
   - Each code is single-use and automatically deleted if unused after a period.
   - Codes are not pre-assigned to ambassadors.

### View details of leakproof codes

1. Click on a leakproof discount rule to open its details page.
2. Review the list of generated leakproof codes, including:
   - Creation dates.
   - Associated ambassador smart links.
   - Usage metrics (e.g., how many codes have been used).
3. For Shopify-linked codes:
   - Click **View in Shopify** to open the discount rule in your Shopify admin.
   - Review all redeem codes created under the master discount code in Shopify.

### Edit the leakproof discount rule

1. Click **Edit Discount Rule**
2. Roster will redirect you to the program’s smart link settings where the leakproof code is configured.
   - Update the settings as needed and return to the discount rules list.

1. Use the metrics provided in the discount rule details to:
   - Track the number of codes generated and used.
   - Evaluate the revenue generated from leakproof codes.
2. Download a CSV file if needed for further analysis or record-keeping.
3. Ensure unused codes are automatically removed by Roster to maintain a clean list.
