Finding all orders associated with a specific discount code in Roster is a simple process that provides detailed insights into how the code was used. This guide will help you locate orders linked to a discount code, view order details, and export the results if needed.

## Step-by-step instructions

### Locate the discount code

1. Copy the discount code you want to investigate to your clipboard.
2. Navigate to `More` > `Discounts` in the left-hand navigation menu.
3. Search for the code within the relevant discount rule by pasting it into the search field.
   - If the code exists, note the associated ambassador and usage details.
   - If no results appear, the code is not found in Roster.

### Search for orders using the discount code

1. Navigate to `Reports` > `All orders` in the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Open the `Discount code` filter and paste the code into the field.
   - If orders are found, they will be displayed in the results.
   - If no orders are found, Roster has no record of the code being used in an order.

### View order details

1. Click on an order from the search results to open the `Order Details` drawer.
2. Review the following information:
   - Order details
   - Ambassador attribution (if applicable)
   - Referral rewards (if applicable)

1. In the `All orders` report, apply any additional filters (e.g., date range) as needed.
2. Click `Export` to download a CSV file of the matching orders.
