The campaign dashboard in Roster gives you a complete, real-time view of how a campaign is performing: participant engagement, content reach, earned media value, and reward fulfillment, all in one place. The dashboard is split into four sections — `Overview`, `Content`,`Participants`, and `Rewards`— so you can track status and progress and make data-driven decisions to optimize your ambassador programs.

### Review the campaign overview

The `Overview` tab summarizes the whole campaign at a glance.

- Review the overall **campaign status**: how many participants have been added, invited, opened the invite, joined, and completed.
- Check the **completion metrics**:
  - **Participation rate**: the percentage of added participants who have joined the campaign.
  - **Completion rate**: the percentage of added participants who have completed the campaign.
:::

### Assess content and reach

- In the **Content** summary, view the total number of content pieces generated for the campaign (posts, stories, uploads, and web links).
  - Review the **reach metrics**: impressions and total reach.
  - Hover over any information bubble for a quick definition, or click Learn more to open the full help article. See Reach and impression estimates for how these figures are estimated.
:::

### Monitor engagement and earned media value

- Review **total engagement**: likes, comments, shares, and saves.
- Review **earned media value (EMV)**, the estimated marketing value of the content generated. Hover over the information bubble for its definition, or see [the Earned media value overview](https://docs.getroster.com/earned-media-value-overview) for details.
- View the **total engagement rate** and how it is calculated.
:::

### Explore top-performing posts and performance by network

- Under `Top Performing Posts`, review the best-performing content for the campaign. You can **download** these posts directly from the campaign overview.
- Review **overall performance by network** to compare content created and reach across platforms (for example, Instagram vs. TikTok). A single-network campaign will show only that network.
:::

### Manage campaign participants

- Open the `Participants tab` for a full list of invited participants and their current status.
- **Filter by status**, for example invite opened, campaign joined, or campaign completed.
- **Sort** participants to surface top contributors (most submissions, most recent submission, top likes, top comments, or most engagement).
- Select participants to:
  - Re-send the invite or send a one-off email to a specific group.
  - Add or remove participants from the campaign.
  - Assign a contact owner, edit properties, or add and remove tags. For example, in a product-seeding campaign you could tag participants who redeemed a product but didn't complete the campaign so you remember not to add them to future campaigns.
  - Click an individual ambassador to open a sidebar with their campaign progress and submitted content.
:::

### Oversee rewards fulfillment

- Open the `Rewards` tab to track the status of every reward tied to joining or completing the campaign.
- For each reward, review the ambassador's name, the reward, when it was created, and its current status. Points rewards are marked fulfilled automatically as participants complete the campaign; product and custom rewards can be fulfilled from this tab.
- Search for a specific ambassador or filter by status (for example `Needs Fulfillment `or unredeemed) to follow up.
- Select ambassadors to take bulk actions: mark as fulfilled, mark as won't fulfill, or send an email.
