Adding multiple product groups to an automated product reward in Roster enhances the ambassador experience by offering more choices while maintaining control over available products and limits. This feature is especially useful for creating diverse, engaging rewards that fit a variety of campaigns or milestones. Below is a guide on how to add multiple product groups to a reward.

### Add or edit an existing reward

1. Navigate to the `Campaigns` or `Milestones` section in the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Select the campaign or milestone containing the existing reward.
3. Select the milestone or campaign where you want to set up the reward.
4. If there is an existing reward (e.g., a gift card), click `Remove` to delete it.
5. Otherwise, click `Add reward` > `Automated Product Reward`.

### Add an additional product group

1. Scroll to the bottom of the reward builder and click `Add`
2. Choose one of the following options:
   - **Add Products**: Manually select individual products.
   - **Add Collection**: Select a Shopify collection to allow ambassadors to choose from all products within that collection.
3. If adding a collection:
   - Search for and select the desired collection from your Shopify store (e.g., "Ambassador Supplements").
   - Ensure the collection is properly configured in Shopify to include the correct products.
4. Name the new product group for clarity (e.g., "Supplements").
5. Set limits on the product group:
   - Example: Allow ambassadors to select one item from this group.
6. Click `Save` to finalize the new product group.

### Publish and test the reward

1. Complete any additional edits to the campaign or milestone.
2. Publish the campaign or milestone to make the reward active.
3. Log in as an ambassador to test the reward redemption process:
   - Complete the campaign or milestone requirements to unlock the reward.
   - Verify that the ambassador can select items from each product group.
   - Ensure the checkout flow works seamlessly, sending the order to your Shopify store.

### Manage and fulfill orders

1. Navigate to the `Rewards` section in the left-hand navigation menu to track reward redemptions.
2. Select the relevant reward to view ambassadors who have redeemed it.
3. For Shopify orders, click the order number to open it in your Shopify admin.
4. Fulfill the order as usual and ensure the ambassador has tracking information.

### Understand the difference between product groups and collection groups

- **Individual Products**: Ambassadors can only choose from the specific products you manually add to the reward.
- **Shopify Collections**: Ambassadors can select from all products included in the Shopify collection, which you can update dynamically in your Shopify admin.
