Actions in Roster are akin to bite-sized campaigns that ambassadors can complete to earn points. These tasks can be simple requests like leaving a review, following on social media, or creating social content. Actions are program-wide, meaning all ambassadors in a program can participate, and only points can be awarded for their completion. It's necessary to have a milestone series live so that collected points have a purpose for redemption. The actions section in Roster enables you to manage various elements such as action name, points, status, and requires approval for submissions. Here's a guide on how to navigate and utilize the actions section.
